La Solidaridad Booskshop
Founded by famed writer and National Artist for Literature F. Sionil Jose, this bookstore is renowned for its diverse range of Filipiniana, as well as foreign, book collections. Located in Ermita, Manila, the bookstore is near the pioneer campus of the University of the Philippines. It is also near the Philippine General Hospital, the country’s premier hospital for the indigent, and the office of the Department of Justice.

Libros Filipinos
The bookshop of the Filipinas Heritage Library, Libros Filipinos is a specialty bookstore known for its strength in Filipiniana publications and materials. A wide collection of books, journals, magazines, music and video clippings and CD-ROMs on Philippine history, arts, culture, values and traditions are on sale in their shelves. Through their website, the bookshop enables local and foreign readers and scholars to appreciate Filipiniana materials. The Filipinas Heritage Library is a division of the Ayala Foundation.

Tradewinds Books and Silahis Center
Situated in the restored walled colonial city of Intramuros, this cultural bookshop features books on Philippine and Asia-Pacific arts, history, literature, culture, travel and tourism, politics and social sciences. The Silahis Center, established in 1966, houses a wide range of arts, artifacts, antiques and furniture ingeniously made from indigenous materials. It is a good place to go for art collectors, hobbyists, art connoisseurs and ordinary folks who wish to adorn their homes with native crafts. The Ilustrado Restaurant is nearby.
